I pre-ordered a PS3 and got it launch day. Only to find it doesn't work. Here is a video showing you what's wrong. I tried everything, I even took it back and they said it doesn't work so I am waiting for the next shipment. I managed to get a 20 gig ps3 to hold me over in the mean time. Don't say plug the controller in and push the PS button. I did and it freezes. If I try to reboot with it plugged in, I get no picture. Even if I unplug it sometimes I get no picture. I have also tried HDMI, etc... I literally tried EVERYTHING. UPDATE: Sony is replacing it for free. PS I do have an HDTV, im was using the small one to fix the PS3 while using my HDTV for HD tasks.
